INGREDIENTS: NOODLES
2 cups rice noodles, prepared
1.5 teaspoon dark soy sauce
3-4 drops soy sauce (I used liquid aminos)
INGREDIENTS: CHICKEN
1/2 pound chicken, sliced thinly
salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
INGREDIENTS: PAD SEE EW + SAUCE
rice noodles
chicken
4 stems chinese broccoli, leaves and stems separated; cut into bite sized pieces
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce (I used liquid aminos)
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons brown sugar or 1 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon chicken seasoning or msg to taste

    Store it in a mesh bag in a cooler bucket. Then feed the leftovers to the chickens. We make sticky rice every morning so we do not really worry about preserving it..

      The key is prep since this dish comes together very quickly. It also may take a couple trials until you find the right temperature for your wok 🥰

      If you don’t have the Thai sweet noodle sauce, don’t use it. Just use the red curry paste 😊

      Sprinkle it in when making the paste/base of soup. Paprika is optional and primarily used for coloring/going easy on spice 😊

    If you’re adding brown or white sugar. Rather than 1/2 tsp., use a 1 -1.5 Tbsp., to balance off the saltiness.

      Sauce can be paired with grilled meat such as beef, chicken, pork, steamed/grilled vegetables or shrimp, squid, octopus. Also great to dip meatballs in!
